If you live in Merseyside or Cheshire and own a garden with a flat area of at least 7ft by 7ft, you can rent a hot tub from us. To deliver the hot tub to your garden, we require a side access width of at least 76cm (30 inches). If you don’t have external access to your garden, it may be feasible to move the hot tub through your house, provided that your internal doors are of standard height and width, and there are no obstructions or turns that impede internal movement.Not sure if your property qualifies? Once the hot tub is in place, all we need is access to a mains socket and water tap. These don’t have to be outside your home, as we can use an extension cable and hose to reach a nearby room, such as a kitchen or utility room.

First things first, simply get in touch. If you let us know your postcode, your preferred hire dates and which package you’d like. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and answer any other queries you may have.
Subject to availability we will confirm your booking. A £50 deposit is payable to secure this.
On the first day of your hire, we will deliver your hot tub at a pre-arranged time. Once payment is complete (cash on delivery is fine) we’ll we set it up, provide you with all the chemicals required, a cover and waterproof extension lead (everything you need to enjoy it). Before departing, we’ll give you a demonstration of how it works as well as full written instructions for guidance during your hire.
This is the best bit, you now have a fantastic hot tub in your very own garden for you to enjoy as you wish. If you have any queries while you have our hot tub you can always ring or email further support.
During your hire, all that is required is to test the water with the kit we leave you with and to add the provided chemicals at time intervals instructed. On your final day, we’ll contact you to arrange a collection time. Don’t worry about emptying the water, our team will take care of everything.
Our hot tubs fit through standard door sizes. As long as there isn’t any obstructions or narrow passages we can usually transport the hot tub to your rear garden through your home.
No, we have an extension hose that can connect to your kitchen/utility room tap.
No, we have extensions cables that allow us to access mains power from inside the house.
Yes as long as your lawn is level it can be positioned on grass. It can also be positioned on a patio, block paving or wooden veranda if it is well secured.
