Hot Tub Queries

Our tubs require a width of 76cm (30 inches) for access into the garden. Without external access it may be possible to transport the hot tub through your house, subject to you having standard size doorways and minimal obstructions.

We adopt the strictest cleaning policies on all our hot tubs. After each hire, the hot tub is returned to our factory to remove the filter and provide a deep clean of the entire internal and external shell. Once complete we flush the internal pipe works to kill off any lingering bacteria. This thorough procedure ensures all hire experience a sparkling clean, safe and hygienic spa

All our hot tubs require a flat, level garden space of at least 7ft by 7ft. This can be a patio, paving, decking or your lawn.

We fill the hot tub through your water supply (tap). This can be either hot or cold water. It doesn’t have to be an external tap, we have extension hoses that can connect to your kitchen tap for instance.

Filling with cold water can take up to 15-20 hours to heat to the desired temperature depending on the time of year.

Yes, all our hot tubs come with a thermal cover to retain the heat. This also gives the hirer security that the spa is completely lockable if any children or pets are in the family.

To maintain a constant temperature, the hot tub needs to be connected to a 13 amp electricity supply and the cover should be kept on the tub when not in use.

It costs approximately £25-30* to run the hot tub for a weekend.

The average 12 hour heat up from cold costs around £7-9, and the average daily cost based on an hour hot tub usage plus keeping it warm is £4-£5, which is why we advise on £25-30. We recommend using eco mode, closing air control vents, and keep the lid on, you can reduce electrical consumption and the expense associated.

*Based on max electricity cost of 0.34 per KWH

The hot tub is supplied with a residual current device (RCD). This is designed to protect against the risks of electrocution and fire caused by earth faults.

We issue a full set of written instructions as well as verbal instruction on delivery. We include a full chemical kit to ensure that your water is sanitised, clear and safe. Testing strips are also provided for you to check the condition of the water. If you feel unsure of the water at any point during your hire, please contact our team who are happy to help over the phone.

No. All you need is a standard cold water tap (internal or external) and a 13 amp socket, this also can be inside or outside the property. Further details on the criteria to hire a hot tub can be found on our delivery page
